Overview of building

We rented an apartment here because the location was perfect and the courtyard was enclosed, perfect for living with a child. The apartment was warm and the layout was clean and free of any corners. But the building density was simply mind-blowing. The blocks were so close together, it felt like living in an anthill, where everyone was right in front of everyone else.

Our first apartment together, we rented a cozy two-room apartment. It's perfectly spacious for both of us, and the layout is modern and well-thought-out. But due to the very dense development, it sometimes feels like we're living in a glass cube, in full view of everyone.

I bought an apartment in this area specifically for easy access to my office downtown. It's small, but the "European-style" two-bedroom layout is perfect for me alone. It's comfortable to live in, if you ignore the soundproofing, which simply doesn't exist here.

I bought a three-room apartment to accommodate my family. The layout is okay, and there's plenty of square footage. But the quality of the construction leaves much to be desired: the walls are crooked, and I had to level them with a ton of plaster.
