Ladies, I'll tell you right away—this is Shartava. It's one of the noisiest streets in the city. If you open the balcony, the noise is terrifying, and ambulance and police sirens are constantly blaring (there are hospitals nearby). But! Thanks to my husband, we checked the windows before moving in. With the doors closed, the baby sleeps peacefully, and the soundproofing of the facade is good. But it's better to ventilate the apartment at night.

The private park is fantastic. It has paths and benches. But... ALL the complex's dogs roam there. They clean up after them well, but sometimes it gets a bit stinky if it's hot. Plus, in the evenings, nannies and their children gather there. If you're looking for privacy, it's better to stay home. There's also a pool and a gym, but renters should check beforehand. Access can be blocked if the owner hasn't paid the utilities.

The soundproofing of the exterior walls is among the best in Tbilisi. The windows (Schuco aluminum profiles) are very heavy and reduce street noise to almost zero, even if they face the street. The only caveat is that on higher floors (above the 20th), the wind hum is audible in windy weather, even with the windows closed.

The yard is HUGE! You could literally walk in circles around it. It's spotlessly clean, the grass is green... BUT! It's a war with dogs here!))) The guards run around and yell if, God forbid, a dog even puts a paw on the grass. "Don't go there, don't go there!" It's incredibly annoying))) I have to run outside to pee, and then walk inside on a leash.

Oh, how I was afraid to move! I thought Tamarashvili Street would be noisy, with cars honking. But my son said, "Mom, the windows here are special." And indeed, I close them—and it's as quiet as a village. I sleep peacefully; no one wakes me.

Well, the parking situation is the same as in many residential complexes – spaces aren't always available, and they're expensive. Well, that's a common problem, so I won't dwell on it. It's important to keep in mind that there definitely won't be enough free spaces for all the residents.

It depends on where the windows face: either the construction site in the courtyard on the Chavchavadze side, or the noise from the highway on the other side. There are strong winds.

There is a park next to the houses, but it is currently under renovation.

Guys, this is "Anagi," and that says it all. The walls are solid, I can't hear my neighbors at all, you could throw a disco there. But there's a catch: Avalishvili Street has become quite busy, with cars rushing toward Saburtalo. It's a bit noisy with the window open, but the double-glazed windows here are so good, you close them and you're in a bunker.

Poor soundproofing of apartments and entrance doors; you can hear everything that's going on in the entryway; music can be heard from neighboring apartments.
