Overview of building

The noise level is simply catastrophic. I can hear the neighbors upstairs arguing and the ones next door watching TV. The only saving grace is that my three children are just as noisy, so no one really complains.

The building looks bright and modern, the hallways are beautiful, and it's a pleasure to enter with a stroller; there are no silly 45-degree ramps. But the density of people is colossal; sometimes you feel like you're in an anthill.

I bought a three-room apartment to accommodate my family. The layout is okay, and there's plenty of square footage. But the quality of the construction leaves much to be desired: the walls are crooked, and I had to level them with a ton of plaster.
