Overview of building

I've lived here for a long time, and I adore this apartment for its high ceilings and thick walls. The square footage is excellent, and it's easy to breathe. But the layouts in these early 2000s buildings are a bit awkward in places, with a lot of space wasted on hallways.

Mostly business people, expats, and business owners. Everyone is busy, so no one bothers them unnecessarily. The only downside is that many apartments are sublet, which means there's a constant rotation of strangers in the entryway.

I've lived in this Stalin-era building since I was a child; my parents left me the apartment. The ceilings are nearly three meters high, the walls are thick brick, and the energy here is simply incredible. The only downside is that the layout isn't the most modern; the long hallways eat up a lot of usable space.

I bought the apartment a long time ago, when the complex had just been completed. The square footage is decent, the ceilings are fine. It's comfortable to live in, but the building is gradually getting older, and it's starting to hit my wallet. I have to call plumbers regularly because of leaks.

This location is perfect for those who are constantly on the go and want to be at the center of things. Al-Farabi and Seifullina are the two main thoroughfares, but the traffic jams are mind-blowing. If you work remotely, it's a real treat—you don't have to travel anywhere.

The apartment is excellent, spacious, with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. I chose this complex for its status and proximity to the city's business center. The only major drawback is that in the summer, the double-glazed windows can get very hot, as the air conditioners are constantly running.

We moved here a year ago when I was pregnant with my second child. The apartment is spacious and bright, and the panoramic windows were love at first sight, although cleaning them is quite an adventure. The open-plan layout allows for excellent air circulation; we rarely even turn on the air conditioners in the summer.

Parking is a constant problem. During the day, the place is jammed with cars from people who work nearby, and in the evening, locals fight for every space. Sometimes you have to park quite far from home.

The building is attractive, not a dreary box, and the entrance is stylish. However, due to its proximity to the city's main park, it's always bustling with random people on weekends; there's no escape from the hustle and bustle.

We rented an apartment here because the location was perfect and the courtyard was enclosed, perfect for living with a child. The apartment was warm and the layout was clean and free of any corners. But the building density was simply mind-blowing. The blocks were so close together, it felt like living in an anthill, where everyone was right in front of everyone else.
