It has a boutique feel, not like a massive dorm. The terrace is a great spot to socialize. The food in the cafeteria is decent but portions are small.
Noise
I can literally hear my neighbor sneezing or talking on the phone. If you are a light sleeper, you will struggle here without earplugs.
Internet
We have a dedicated ethernet port in the room. The speed is blazing fast, suitable for gaming or downloading huge files instantly.

It feels more like a boutique hotel room than a rental. It is definitely small (don't expect a dance floor), but the "smart living" design makes it work. Every inch is utilized perfectly.
Cleanliness
The shared spaces (kitchen, lounge, terrace) are cleaned daily by professional staff. I have never seen a dirty sink or overflowing trash, which is rare for coliving.
Security
Everything is keyless. We use a mobile app/smart codes to open doors. It feels very secure and high-tech, no anxiety about losing keys.

Living here feels like being in a magazine. The decor is minimal and warm, plants are everywhere. Having a weekly cleaning service included is a lifesaver, I don't have to argue with flatmates about whose turn it is to scrub the toilet.
Parking
Forget about having a car here. Since they removed the car lanes to plant trees and put benches, you literally cannot park on the street.
Security
The main door is heavy and secure, plus we have a video intercom. I’ve never felt unsafe entering or leaving the building, even late at night.

Sants is busy and loud, but super convenient. If you travel on weekends or need to get to the airport, living next to the main station is a godsend.
Traffic Jams
Heavy traffic 24/7. The air quality isn't great, and crossing the street can take forever due to the amount of cars.
Utilities Stability
Water and electricity are fine. The Wi-Fi can get congested in the evenings when everyone returns from university.

Honestly, it feels a bit like a hospital room or an office — very white and basic. It’s functional if you just need a place to crash and study. The kitchenette is super small (just a microwave and a hob), so forget about cooking a masterchef dinner. The biggest downside is the soundproofing — I can literally hear people talking in the hallway like they are in my room

It gets the job done if you are on a tight budget. The room is small and gets incredibly hot in the summer because there is no AC, just a fan. It’s strictly for sleeping and studying, not for hanging out.

Street noise is a serious issue here. The windows are old and single-glazed, so you hear every scooter and shout from outside until very late.
Cleanliness
The cleaning staff works hard, but the students are messy. The shared kitchens often have dirty dishes piled up from the night before.

The private kitchenette is the absolute game changer here. I love being able to cook my own meals without having to socialize or wait for a free stove in a shared kitchen. The room is compact, but it feels like a complete micro-apartment.

The vibe is very social and laid-back, almost lazy. The building itself feels a bit "tired"—you can see rust on outdoor metal parts from the sea air. The gym is very basic, barely enough for a quick workout.

The furniture is functional but very used. The desk has scratches and the wardrobe doors are a bit squeaky. It’s fine for a few months, but don't expect modern design.

The view is absolutely insane. If you get a room on the higher floors facing the ocean, it feels like a 5-star hotel view. It makes the small room feel much bigger and airier.

It is perfect if you want to avoid the party scene and actually focus on your degree. The room is not huge, but it is extremely comfortable and the daily cleaning service makes you feel like you live in a hotel.

The grounds are massive, basically a private park. There are paddle tennis courts, a football pitch, and a swimming pool surrounded by grass.
Transport Accessibility
The biggest downside is the isolation. You have to rely on the FGC train (Reina Elisenda stop) to get to Plaza Catalunya, which takes time and stops running around midnight during the week.
