Overview of building

The unit is typical Sansiri style—compact (around 25-30 sqm) but very functional layout. It feels cozy. The big plus is the view: if you face the canal, it’s surprisingly green and peaceful, no high-rises blocking your sight immediately.

We have a 1-bedroom unit facing the canal. The layout is okay for two people, but storage space is non-existent — we literally live out of suitcases because the wardrobe fits maybe 5 t-shirts. The 'balcony' is just a tiny ledge for the AC compressor and a drying rack, you can't stand there. Also, keep the balcony door shut because the smell from the canal (Khlong) can get pretty funky in the heat

Living in a 21 sqm studio is... an experience. Ideally for one person, if you bring a partner you gonna kill each other in a week lol. The layout is smart but compact. The soundproofing is kinda 'meh' — I can hear my neighbor watching Netflix sometimes. But the layout is modern and functional

The design is a bit "2010s retro-futurism". The famous purple-tinted windows are cool from the outside, but they make everything inside look a bit gloomy/dark on cloudy days. The flooring and bathroom fixtures are showing their age. But This is a rare find—a massive, usable balcony. You can actually put a table and chairs there and have dinner. In new condos, balconies are just for the AC compressor, but here it’s a living space.

The unit feels like a 5-star hotel suite. High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking city views, and premium materials. However, the layout is a bit weird—some rooms are very narrow, prioritizing style over practicality.

The interior design is very "industrial loft"—lots of black metal and dark tones. It looks super cool and expensive, but the room size (26 sqm) feels tight. The "interlock" layout is smart, separating the bedroom clearly, but there is almost no storage space for clothes.

The aesthetic is breathtaking. The signature "curved glass" corner windows offer a panoramic view of the city that no other building has. However, living in a glass box means it gets incredibly hot during the day; the AC bill is astronomical because you are fighting the sun constantly.

I chose this place because it has a closed kitchen which is super rare for one-bedroom condos in Bangkok and I hate it when my bedroom smells like Pad Thai after cooking. The layout is actually very smart and makes the 35 square meters feel much bigger than it is. However the built-in furniture is starting to show its age with peeling laminate on the cabinets and the sofa looks like it has survived a war.

The room is honestly tiny even for one person and it feels like a shoebox at 28 square meters. The layout is old school with sliding glass doors separating the bedroom which rattle every time the AC turns on. It is cheap though so I cannot complain too much but having guests over is basically impossible without sitting on the bed. The furniture is solid wood and heavy which is ugly but at least it does not break like the cheap stuff in new condos

Very sleek, modern, and business-like. Dark wood floors, stone countertops. It feels "cold" and masculine, not very cozy, but very professional. The kitchen is designed for light cooking only. The pantry area is small, and there isn't much prep space. If you love to cook big meals, you will struggle here.
