The developer delivered the apartment in very good condition, and the walls were practically perfect. We did a high-quality finish, and after a year and a half, nothing has cracked or come loose, which speaks volumes about the quality of the construction.

We bought an apartment here right after the building was completed and haven't regretted it for a second because the location is simply top-notch for the Left Bank. The layout is convenient, the rooms are bright, and after three years of living here, nothing has fallen off or cracked.

I've been living in Highville for seven years now. It was once the epitome of "move-in-and-live" housing, fully loaded with developer-provided amenities. Of course, new, trendy residential complexes are popping up now, but Highville still maintains a high standard of management, even though the finishing materials in the apartments are outdated.
Parks
Presidential Park is across the street. It's a huge area for walking and running. It's the best park in the city.
Beauty
The architecture around is impressive: the Pyramid, the Museum, the mosque. Evening strolls here are a pleasure.
